Torgau Information Centre, Markt 1
Town Hall, Scheffelstraße entrance, public WCs and nappy-changing room
FREIRAUM project office, Bäckerstraße (wheelchair accessible)
Mon 12:00 - 16:00, Thursday 9:00 - 17:00, Friday 9:00 - 13:00
District Administration Office, Schlossstraße 27, Wing D (in front of the observation tower): Tuesday - Sunday
