Little guests are also catered for. There are three baby changing facilities in the town centre:
- Torgau Information Centre, Markt 1
- Town Hall, Scheffelstraße entrance, public WCs and nappy-changing room
- District Administration Office, Schlossstraße 27, Wing D (in front of the observation tower): Tuesday - Sunday
Further baby changing facilities are available in the:
- Service Centre - Torgau railway station, Dr.-Külz-Ufer 1 (opening hours)
- in the ‘PEP Shopping Centre’, Außenring 1 (opening hours)
You can also hire a buggy from the Torgau Information Centre.
Public toilets
Open during the day & free of charge:
- in the town hall, entrance Scheffelstraße
- Family-friendly toilet in the Torgau Information Centre
- Street ‘Unter den Linden’
- Hartenfels Castle, entrance in the castle courtyard: Wednesday / Thursday to Monday
- Kulturbastion, Str. d. Jugend (only open from April to October)
