Torgischer Weg (46 km, extendable to auf 67 km)
A real highlight for all cyclists: the Torgische Weg - one of the most beautiful cycle routes in Saxony!
The Torgische cycle path invites you on an unforgettable tour through Saxony's largest nature reserve, the Dübener Heath. This natural cycle path connects the charming Renaissance town of Torgau with the spa town of Bad Düben over a distance of around 46 kilometres. After a further 21 kilometres, you reach Delitzsch, as the route has now been extended to this point.
There are further connection options in Bad Düben: The Muldental cycle path and the Berlin-Leipzig cycle path open up new routes for cycling enthusiasts. In Delitzsch, you can continue cycling on the KOHLE - DAMPF - LICHT - SEEN (Coal - Steam - Light - Lakes) cycle route.
For the return journey, there is a practical bus and train connection from Bad Düben (duration approx. 1:06 h). Please note, however, that this is not available every day - it is worth planning in advance! From Delitzsch, you can easily reach Torgau by changing trains in Eilenburg.

Luther trail
The Luther trail, which was created on the occasion of the Reformation anniversary in 2017, offers a special experience. Torgau is one of over 30 stops on this pilgrimage and cycling route, which stretches from Saxony-Anhalt through Saxony and Thuringia to Bavaria and Hesse. Dahlener Heath (42 km)
The Dahlener Heath cycle route begins in the idyllic town of Kühnitzsch, in the north-east of the district of Leipzig, and leads through the charming landscape of the Dahlener Heath to the Elbe, where it meets the popular Elbe cycle path. The route winds gently through the hilly landscape on quiet side roads and unspoilt paths - a paradise for nature and cycling enthusiasts.
