We observe the principle of earmarked data collection and use. The personal data collected by Torgauer Tourismus und Service GmbH is processed and used without your consent in accordance with Section 6 GDPR solely for contract processing and handling your inquiries.

Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us voluntarily, e.g. as part of an inquiry, when ordering information material or event tickets. This is the data that is required to process your request (mandatory information marked with * in the forms), e.g. name, postal address, e-mail address. If you fill out forms provided by us on your end device, we do not have access to the data you have entered until you have sent the form. Whenever you contact us, your data will be transmitted via a secure connection. As a precaution, we would like to point out that complete protection of your data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed in this case either.

In addition to your consent, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data may include the fulfillment of a contract, the protection of legitimate interests and legal obligations. 5. Social Media andd Social Media Plugins

a) Social Media

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube in order to get in touch with the members, customers, interested parties and users active there and to be able to inform them about our services or campaigns.

The previous content on social media remains unchanged and complete.

b) Social Media Plugins

Social media buttons (buttons): On our Internet pages, we only use static buttons with symbols of the respective social media platform, which you can use to access the pages or online presences operated by us. These are therefore simple links and not (interactive) direct links to the respective plugins of the corresponding providers.

6. Third-party services and content

Third-party content, e.g. videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be integrated into our online offering. In order to send the content to your browser, these third-party providers require your IP address. We endeavor to only use content from providers who only use the IP address to transmit the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third-party providers store the IP address and use it for their own purposes.

7. YouTube

YouTube may store personal data when you interact with the embedded content. We recommend that you consult YouTube's privacy policy to find out about their practices regarding the handling of your data.

8. External links or hyperlinks to websites of other providers

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no influence on their content or on the processing of personal data by these providers. The use of external websites is at your own risk. We recommend that you read the data protection provisions of these external providers, as these may differ from the data protection guidelines of TTS.
