This impressive body of water, created as a fish pond in the 15th century, is still used for fish farming today and provides a habitat for numerous waterfowl and other animals. A trip to the Biberhof farm is worthwhile, as are the numerous photo stops at idyllic spots on the outskirts of Torgau.
