Our tour takes you from Torgau's historic market square to the magnificent 16th-century Bürgermeister-Ringenhain-Haus before continuing on to the imposing Hartenfels Castle. 
Strengthened with a Katharinentröpfchen, the journey continues to the Neue Elbe estate and into the countryside. A leisurely tasting session with Elbweiderind boss Matthias Schneider awaits you here, before heading out to the Hereford cattle on the meadows in the Elbe floodplains by safari vehicle or on foot. Get up close to the “happy cows” and find out what the cute donkeys do. 
Before the tour ends, you can store in the farm store or stroll to Pülswerda Castle.
