A small organ concert in the castle church or in the town church of St. Marien can be a sonorous conclusion to a tour of the town. The tradition of Protestant church music is still cultivated in Torgau today with sophisticated concerts. The Torgau cantor, incidentally the 26th cantor after Johann Walter and for the first time a woman, can be booked for a small organ concert by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
